“A kaleidoscope of an artist’s story serves as a warning and a merciless insight into human nature. Loudly spoken, frequently even shouted out problems (…) conceal a genuine concern and pain of people who are intelligent, sensitive and highly curious,” wrote Joanna Warchoł about the Sławomir Lewczuk exhibition Other Side at the Pryzmat gallery (late 2018/early 2019). The exhibition has been awarded by the Association of Polish Artists and Designers with the Witold Wojtkiewicz Prize for best Cracovian monograph of the year. There’s another chance to see works by the author at Pryzmat from 26 November – at the exhibition Record Discipline.
