The Cracovian atelier of Adam Karaś (1896–1986) was an apartment where studio lamps were given names and where photo cameras were continually modified and improved. The retrospective exhibition at the Museum of Photography is an invitation to take a peek at the world of this eccentric artist, constructor and inventor who built his entire life around photography. Many Cracovians will be taken on a trip down memory lane to the time when they were customers of the popular studio at 12 Szewska Street in their early or teenage years.
