The permanent exhibition at the Banksy Museum – 1000 square metres of postindustrial interiors of the former 19th-century plating factory – presents over 150 artworks replicated in full scale.

Visitors are guided through several cities whose walls bear murals created since the early 1990s by this acclaimed yet elusive artist: Bristol, London, Lowestoft, Paris, Calais, New York, Los Angeles, New Orleans, Naples, Venice, Borodyanka, Hostomel, Irpin, Kyiv, Bethlehem… Without having to set foot abroad, audiences explore a wide range of Banksy’s artworks including those which are no longer there – many have been stolen, painted over, damaged or dismantled and sold. The exhibition is accompanied by a soundtrack representing an urban environment. It also features films about the mysterious artist and his work.
