Celebrating its 25th anniversary, throughout the year the Manggha Museum of Japanese Art and Technology presents subsequent parts of its collection accumulated by the Kyoto-Kraków Foundation created by Andrzej Wajda and Krystyna Zachwatowicz-Wajda, usually kept in storage. The collection mainly comprises Japanese, Korean and Polish traditional and contemporary art: paintings, prints, sculptures, installations, photos, drawings, watercolours, posters and books.
The third exhibition in the series showcases posters designed by two outstanding Japanese graphic artists, Kenya Hara and Kōichi Satō (to 31 March) and the exhibition Photography, Calligraphy, Lacquer is open to 22 April, with more to come later in the year…
