The Pianoforte Foundation hosts the concert Alla polacca, opening the cycle With Polish Music through the Centuries. The Antica Cucina ensemble presents works by 18th century German composers including Bodinus Shaffrath, Kirnberger and the great Telemann, inspired by the rhythms, melodies and instruments of Polish folk music. The concert features a performance on cornu anglois, an early form of English horn popular in Poland and Silesia in the 18th century.
