Tech Will Save Us – Workshops

Tech Will Save Us are on a mission to spark the creative imagination of young people using hands on technology. Their award winning make-it-yourself kits and digital tools help kids (and the adults that love them) to make, play, code and invent using technology. Workshops will be conducted by Daniel Hirschmann, co-founder of Technology Will Save Us. Daniel is a dad, artist, educator, and entrepreneur who uses technology as a vehicle for delivering human centered learning experiences.

Together with The Way Forward Community, we will host two creative workshops:

1. Electro Dough Workshops for 4-6 year-olds and their parent(s)
Play with dough and bring creations to life by using electronics! Your kids will start to understand the basic principles of electricity through their playful creative experience.

2. Mover Kit Workshops for ages 8+
Build and program a wearable gadget that has 8 rainbow lights and a movement sensor! Kids will learn about wearable technology
