The Krakow Festival Office, the operator of the InfoKraków tourist information points, kindly informs that due to the growing concerns related to the coronavirus outbreak, all InfoKraków points will be closed until further notice.
All questions regarding the cancellation and refunds of the tickets for cultural events purchased at the InfoKraków points may be directed at: bilety@infokrakow.pl, or via phone: +48 12 354 27 23 between 9am and 5pm.
