Childhood flavours, favourite dishes, diets, as well as everyday choices in the context of taking care of the environment – we have various relationships with food. We will talk about them at the shared table during the Edible Kraków FEST picnic. Let’s meet in Wesoła on the meadow near the Design Pharmacy to share some treats and learn more about the environmental aspects of food production, preparing healthy dishes, as well as avoiding food waste. Expect workshops on planting edible plant mixes with the Municipal Management Board for Green Areas, exploring local culinary heritage with the International Cultural Centre or literary workshops with the Mobile Reading Room of the Krakow Regional Public Library. We will try some great vegan dishes and stock up on green products delivered straight from the Parsley Market. We will also take a peek into the Design Pharmacy to watch Posłuchaj wegańskich biznesów (dir. Tomasz Kiełbasa) and Katastrofa na talerzu (dir. Marcin Anaszewicz). Bon appetit!
