The 11th Half-Marathon and the 8th Gravel in the Forest

Are you an avid runner or cyclist, who simply loves picturesque forest trails? Are you an adrenaline junkie and want to feel that familiar thrill of competing with others?
Or perhaps you feel better watching and supporting your favourite athletes until you lose your voice? Then you should not miss these events and take part as a competitor or as a supporter! We are getting ready for the 11th Niepołomice Forest Half-Marathon and the 8th Gravel in the Forest cycling event.
Runners will compete on three routes – 7 kilometres, 15 kilometres and a half-marathon - while the bike race route will be 40 kilometres long. All four routes will take the competitors to the most beautiful corners of the Niepołomice Forest and offer great variety. The race town will be located in the Sitowiec Glade, while the start and finish lines will be located along the Kings’ Road - as is the tradition.
The cyclists will set off in the morning hours, at 9:00 a.m. Runners will have to wait for their start until noon. 
You can sign up as a participant until 12 May. And if you want to cheer and support the competitors, be sure to show up on 19 May!
