The Power of Spirit

Knowledge, inspiration and joy are all mottoes of the 7xGospel Festival. The 15th event, rooted in the first gospel workshops held in Poland in 1999, is the perfect opportunity to explore Christian music through meetings, workshops and concerts (19-25 October).

The festival kicks off with an Evening of Worship with the Play&Pray ensemble; the programme Gospel a cappella resounds with Cracovian choirs presenting African repertoires, while the review Gospel Around the World introduces vocal groups from all over the globe. During the second half of the week, we’ll keep our spirits high with jam sessions and meetings with special guests Colin Williams, Adam Saczka and Daniel Cebula-Orynicz. The 22nd Gospel Workshops in Kraków held over the weekend culminate with a finale concert featuring over a hundred singers at the Kärcher Hall Cracovia. New this year will be a fresh, unusual arrangement of choirs on the stage, encouraging the audience to join in with the singing and dancing.
