The exhibition Traces at the Oskar Schindler’s Enamel Factory takes us on a journey in time and space, with witnesses of the Nazi occupation of Kraków as our guides. Stories told by eleven protagonists take us through events between 1939 and 1945, showing us specific places, building a universal tale of pre-war Kraków as a cosmopolitan, multicultural city and describing processes common to similar places around the world. The stories are accompanied by objects which symbolically represent the protagonists’ memories.
