Clever and entertaining, creative and interactive – the Children’s Theatre Festival (21-24 November) brings the finest spectacles for kids and teenagers to Kraków for the third time. The youngest viewers will see Jungle by the Wrocław Puppet Theatre and Ptasi Baj by Atofri Theatre, and join a range of exciting workshops. For older children there is T-Werk’s Das Kleine Licht – a captivating spectacle without words, cast by dance, light and music. Figur Kraków Theatre presents King Matt the First spun from light and shadows, while Matita Theatre from Slovenia brings Pulcinella. We will also see I Will Be Everything – a co-production by seven European theatres based on stories told by children from Denmark, Spain, Poland, the UK, Austria, Norway and Germany.
The festival closes with a performance by the Czereśnie ensemble. (js)
