How can mentors transfer their experience to their pupils without restricting their creativity? And, on the flip side, how can pupils make the most of their teachers’ knowledge without copying their ideas? The cycle Masters and Pupil reveals how the finest musicians achieve this delicate balance.
On 21 November, the Chamber Hall of the Academy of Music in Kraków resounds with works by Marek Stachowski and Zbigniew Bujarski and their former students: Marcel Chyrzyński, Wojciech Widłak, Michael Gatonska, Mehdi Mengjiqi. The concert is preceded by a meeting with Mehdi Mengjiqi.
