Capella Cracoviensis at Cricoteka

Baroque masters, musicians of the Vasa court and the talented Bach family: on Thursdays in March, Capella Cracoviensis hosts concerts at Cricoteka. We will hear Handel’s Funeral Anthem for Queen Caroline juxtaposed with Trauermusik by 20th-century German composer Paul Hindemith (7 March), instrumental concertos by Telemann, Bach and Handel (14 March), compositions by Adam Jarzębski, composer and violinist at King Władysław IV Vasa’s court and his contemporaries (21 March), and J.S. Bach’s virtuoso cantata Jauchzet Gott in allen Landen interpreted by his son Wilhelm Friedemann (28 March).
