One of Kraków’s youngest parks, it is home to three outdoor gyms, the largest sandpit in Nowa Huta, swings and playgrounds for kids of all ages. The western side of the park holds an abstract sculpture by an unknown author, known locally as the Snail, while on the eastern side stands Magdalena Pruszyńska-Jaroszyńska’s Mermaid, erected between 1963 and 1965.
