Rabbit from a Hat
Do you find autumn evenings drag forever and the weather brings relentless blues? We have just the thing! The International Improv Festival ImproFest (7-11 November) delivers a generous dose of endorphins for the eighth time. Each spectacle, sketch and piece is like a rabbit emerging from a hat: surprising and unexpected because it’s improvised! But worry not – the artists are highly skilled professionals. We will see improvisers from Poland, such as the AD HOC Group from Kraków, Klancyk from Warsaw and Improkracja from Wrocław, as well as guests from abroad. David Razowsky and Jonathan Pitts from the US give a masterclass of their skill, while the British duo of Heather Urquhart and Jonathan Pitts present a slapstick performance Ten Thousand Million Love Stories. As usual, the main festival events are held at Studio. Come along and let yourselves be surprised!
