Personal journey
“Melancholy” is an adjective frequently used to describe the group Antimatter, but it doesn’t really fully express the changes which have affected the sound of the Liverpool project over the last twenty years. In the early days, Mick Moss and the former bassist of Anathema Duncan Patterson oscillated between electronica and trip hop. After his co-founder’s departure, Moss became more interested in guitar sounds and arrangements typical of prog rock. On 18 November, the British musician appears at Zaścianek with material from his latest album Black Market Enlightenment – a personal story of his spiritual journey and treading the fine line between enlightenment and psychosis.
