On 24 August, Kraków’s cultural map gains a brand-new centre. Marking its fourth year, the Spółdzielnia Muzyczna Contemporary Ensemble can finally boast its very own headquarters at 46 Gromadzka Street. To celebrate, the collective of artists linked with the Academy of Music is joined by friends from home and abroad. As well as the hosts, the stage at the newly formed Spółdzielnia Muzyczna welcomes the Hashtag Ensemble (Warsaw), Ensemble Kompopolex (Wrocław), the Kraków Improvisers’ Orchestra and Marlies Debacker and Salim Javaid (Cologne, Germany).
