Between 26 and 28 January, Pod Baranami Cinema represents Kraków at the International Film Festival Live in Rotterdam for the fourth time. It’s one of dozens of cinemas across Europe showing simultaneous screenings, after which Cracovian viewers join those in other countries for live transmissions of meetings with filmmakers and Q&A sessions via Twitter (#livecinema). This year’s programme includes Lisa Brühlmann’s moving coming-of-age story Blue My Mind, Marleen Jonkman’s inspiring road movie La Holandesa, and Deborah Haywood’s Pin Cushion telling the story of a mother and daughter trying to start a new life.
