Voyagers, Discoverers and Explorers Avenue

Krzysztof Wielicki, Leszek Cichy, Marek Kamiński, Aleksander Doba and Arkady Radosław Fiedler take part in the picnic opening the Voyagers, Discoverers and Explorers Avenue alongside the pedestrian and bicycle path at Lema Street. The route has been planted with 30 oak trees, which will be interspersed with plaques describing Polish explorers. On 22 and 23 April, the Polish Aviators’ Park (between Tauron Arena Kraków and the Garden of Experiences) hosts meetings with voyagers as well as a fair, family picnic and a campaign to clean up the park. The first day features water-themed events linked with the Year of Vistula, while the second – co-hosted by the Tatra National Park and the Volunteer Mountain Search and Rescue – is dedicated to mountains.
