Young musicians dominate the beginning of the month: they showcase their skills during the 16th International Festival “Young Artists in Kraków” organised by Prof. Bogumiła Gizbert-Studnicka. The programme features two chamber music concerts: programme Mozart and his fans over the centuries presented by the wind ensemble Cracow Golden Quintet, and sonatas by Baroque masters for violin and cello with harpsichord brought by Musica Graziosa trio. Juraj Křemen from Slovakia performs solo on the organ at St Mary’s Church, while the blind Hungarian pianist Tamás Érdi focuses on works by Romantic composers: Chopin, Liszt and Schubert. Entry to all concerts is free. (Barbara Skowrońska)
